Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prairie Arch Digital provides professional, customized services. Due to the nature of service-based work, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.


Refund Policy

All services provided by Prairie Arch Digital are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, strategy development, website design, marketing services, and ongoing support.


Because services involve time, planning, and customized work, refunds are not issued once services have been rendered or work has begun.


Cancellation Policy

Prairie Arch Digital allows a limited cancellation window under the following conditions:


24-Hour Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel a project within 24 hours of signing the contract, provided that no work has begun. Written notice of cancellation must be received within this 24-hour period.


Cancellation After Work Begins

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed and work has begun, the project may not be canceled and no refunds will be issued. Work includes, but is not limited to, planning, design, research, strategy development, communication, or any preparatory activities related to the project.


Ongoing or Monthly Services

For ongoing or monthly services, clients may cancel future services according to the terms outlined in their agreement. Services already performed or billed for the current billing period are non-refundable.


Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to third-party platforms or services (including website hosting, advertising platforms, software tools, or domain registrations) are non-refundable and subject to the policies of those providers.


Scope & Satisfaction

Prairie Arch Digital is committed to delivering services as outlined in written proposals or agreements. If there are concerns regarding scope or deliverables, clients are encouraged to communicate promptly so adjustments may be discussed where appropriate. 


Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction related to subjective preferences or results outside of Prairie Arch Digital’s control.
